Please include your iPhone or iPad model, iOS version, Dodo version, and what happened. Do not include health information about your child or payment card details.

Send feedback from the app

  1. Tap the round menu button at the top right of the home screen.
  2. Choose Give Feedback, write your message and tap Send.

The message goes straight to the Dodo team, no email app needed. Missing a sound? Search for it in the sound library and send it as a wish. We read every message.

What is included

12 sounds are included for everyone: womb sound, heartbeat, gentle shush, box fan, hair dryer, vacuum cleaner, white noise, brown noise, pink noise, night rain, ocean waves and forest stream, plus the sound filter and the 15 and 30 minute timers.

Dodo Lifetime is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. It unlocks all 29 sounds, the 1 and 2 hour timers and until stopped, for good.

Restore Dodo Lifetime

  1. Open the menu at the top right and choose Unlock, or tap a sound or timer with a lock.
  2. On the Lifetime screen, choose Restore Purchases.
  3. Use the same Apple Account that made the original purchase, and make sure the device can reach the App Store.

Dodo cannot see your payment card or Apple password. For a refund request or billing history, use Apple’s purchase support.

No sound

  1. Tap the moon or the Play button and raise the device volume.
  2. Check whether audio is going to Bluetooth, AirPlay, headphones or another speaker.
  3. Pause another app that may be playing audio, then reopen Dodo.
  4. Restart the device if the audio route stays stuck.

Change a sound, the filter or the timer

Swipe left or right on the home screen, use the small chevrons, or tap Sounds and pick a picture. You can also search the library in any of Dodo’s languages. The sound filter button steps through Off, Calm and Sleep. The timer fades the sound out gently when it ends.

Change the language

Open the menu at the top right and choose Language. Dodo speaks 15 languages and switches at once.
