Your data stays with you.
Privacy policy · Frekvens AS · Effective 3 September 2026
This policy covers every app published by Frekvens AS (“Frekvens”, “we”), unless an app publishes its own policy on its own site, in which case that one applies to that app. It is written to be read, not skimmed. The short version: our apps keep your data on your phone, we see anonymous usage statistics, and Apple handles payments. We never sell data and we never show ads.
What stays on your phone
Everything you do inside an app — your settings, mixes, favourites, logs, timers, the name you may have typed in during onboarding — is stored on your device only. We cannot see it. Delete the app and it is gone.
What leaves your phone
Anonymous usage statistics
Our apps send anonymous events (for example “opened the app”, “finished onboarding”, “started a timer”) to an analytics service we run in the EU. Each install gets a random identifier that is not linked to your name, email, Apple ID or advertising ID. We use this to see which features are used and where people get stuck. Nothing here can identify you.
Purchases
When you buy or subscribe, Apple takes the payment and gives the app a receipt. A purchase-management service checks that receipt so the app can unlock, and so you can restore on another iPhone. The receipt does not contain your name or payment details.
Crash reports
If an app crashes, Apple may share an anonymous crash log with us if you have allowed that in your iPhone settings.
What we never do: sell or rent data, run ads or ad tracking, ask for an account, read your contacts, photos or location, or use your data to train anything.
Health data
Some of our apps may ask to read or write data in Apple Health (for example sleep or workouts). That happens only if you allow it, only for what you allow, and the data is used on your device for the feature that asked for it. We do not send Health data to our servers.
Children
Our apps are not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
Your rights
Under the GDPR and Norwegian law you can ask what we hold about you, ask us to delete it, or object to our processing. Because the usage statistics are anonymous we usually cannot connect them to you, but write to us and we will do what we can. You can also complain to Datatilsynet, the Norwegian data protection authority.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we update the date above and, where an app is affected, say so inside the app.
